RECOMMENDED USE: Source of essential fatty acids for the maintenance of
good health. Helps to support cognitive health and/or brain function.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT PER 1 TABLESPOON (15 mL):
Linum usitatissimum (Flax Seed Oil) …………….15 mL

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols concentrate).

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: Take 1 – 2 tablespoon(s) per day. Shake well
before use. Consume within ten (10) weeks of opening.

DURATION OF USE: May be used up to three (3) months.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have
clotting disorders, are taking blood thinners or oral medication or if
symptoms persist. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have
acute abdominal pain and/or intestinal obstruction.

STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Consume within six (6) months after
opening.
